Sportivo Glew3 - 0
Club Lomito Completo
Match report
Sportivo Glew left no doubts on matchday 2 of Primera G in GBA Oeste and put Club Lomito Completo to the sword with a controlled display that produced three unanswered goals. The home side dictated the tempo from the outset with a balanced 4-4-2 set-up, where the attacking pairing worked with precision. Lorenzo Pacheco, the 22-year-old central midfielder born in Comodoro Rivadavia, appeared in the opposition box at the right moment to score, showing game awareness more usually seen in more experienced footballers. His youth was no obstacle to understanding where the spaces were. Meanwhile, Lautaro Veneziani, the 19-year-old forward with that ambidextrous touch that has marked him since his beginnings in Merlo, also got on the scoresheet. The Glew attack had the resources and the clarity to execute.
At the back, Gino Zucca, the 34-year-old centre-half whose career was built in the neighbourhoods of San Justo, behaved like the veteran he is, organising the defensive line despite picking up a yellow card. Joaquín Castiglione at right-back did his job without fuss, while Toto Arazandi in goal had little to do thanks to the solidity of the home rearguard. The lifeguard also saw yellow, a sign that the referee was lenient in his judgements.
Club Lomito Completo, with the same tactical structure as their rivals, could not create consistent attacking patterns. Chacho Bocchini in left midfield and Lucio Weinberg in the middle tried to link play, but without success. Constantino Viva up front was left isolated against a Glew defence that read everything in advance. The gap between the two sides was plain to see: while Sportivo Glew combined tactical fluency with execution, the visitors got lost in slow, poorly directed transitions. A match without suspense from early on.
