Futbol Puchito1 - 1Sociedad Parque Centenario

A draw without surprises, but without any lack of merit either. Argentino de Versalles and Sociedad Parque Centenario shared the points in Versalles with a 1-1 that reflected two sides who understood the match in a similar way: balanced 4-4-2 formations, with no ambition to steamroller the opposition. León Hoyos opened the scoring for the home side with a goal that put Argentino de Versalles in front, but Uriel Schiavi did not take long to restore parity for the visitors. After that, the match settled into a low-tension rhythm, with neither side aggressively trying to tilt the balance.

The home side had Chacho Gutiérrez running the show in midfield with authority (7.2), while Héctor Krawczyk —that 36-year-old left winger with more than a decade of experience— tried to create from the left flank and provided an assist on his record. Ian Zardini in goal was assured, without needing to produce any spectacular saves that would define the report. For the visitors, Leonel Marín (20 years old) distributed the play from midfield and also recorded an assist, showing that the midfielders on both sides exerted a degree of control without quite dominating the tempo. Cacho Galli, the youngster in the visiting squad, failed to make the impact he had hoped for in attack.

The draw leaves Argentino de Versalles with a point that is of little use if the aim was to win at home. For Sociedad Parque Centenario, the result works better as a lifeline away from home, though both sides will leave the pitch feeling they have left points on the table. On matchday 13 of the Primera L of the GBA Sur, this was a match between teams that know each other, respect each other, and prefer not to take too many risks. Fair enough, but hardly memorable.
