Reservas Boedo0 - 0Sportivo Flores Sur

Reservas Boedo and Sportivo Flores Sur shared the points in a match where both teams prioritised defensive solidity over attacking intent. The 0-0 result was a fair reflection of what happened at the stadium: two identical 4-4-2 formations, two balanced mindsets, and a match that never got out of the conceptual mud. Matchday 13 of the Primera L de CABA will go down as one of those afternoons where the three points were shared because nobody dared to truly lose them.

Víctor Retegui, the centre-back for Reservas Boedo, performed solidly in the heart of defence. At just 23 years of age, he has the defensive maturity of someone who knows marking is a craft before it is a gift, and he showed that in earnest against the visitors' advances. For Sportivo Flores Sur, Olivier Berecibar tried to make an impact in attack with the experience of his 34 years, though without finding the space needed to cause real problems. The veteran striker was well handled by the home back line. Ian Zurita, a left-sided midfielder for Reservas Boedo with a rating of 7, picked up a yellow card in his effort to create something in the final third, but the match shut every door in his face.

What this stalemate leaves behind is the bitter taste of a sleepy fixture. For Reservas Boedo, a home point that feels too little when the opponent barely threatened. For Sportivo Flores Sur, the frustration of not turning an away trip into an opportunity to climb the table. In a league where every point counts, both sides will leave the pitch knowing they had the chance but did not make the most of it. The draw was the natural destination of a match where ambition was lacking, and fears prevailed over desire.
