Riachuelo completed its victory with a second goal, underlining its superiority in the decisive actions. Both approaches were balanced in structure, but the difference lay in efficiency when it came to finishing. The visiting side was more practical, took its chances and left with the three points. Villa del Parque, with plenty still to play for in the zone, will have to rethink its attacking approach if it wants to keep its options alive in the fight for the top places.
