Club Atlético Dolores0 - 0Club Chacarita

Atlético Carlos Paz and Club Chacarita shared the points in a dull encounter in the second matchday of Primera H - GBA Norte. The goalless draw reflected two teams who came into the fixture with similar approaches, both opting for balanced 4-4-2 line-ups, but without the attacking sharpness needed to break down the opposition. At a stadium where the home side tried to impose their game, the visitors kept a solid shape that allowed them to nullify any attempt by the Carlos Paz side to push forward.

The match unfolded in a grey area where neither team managed to create any clear goalscoring chances. The midfielders on both sides carried out their holding duties without any major scares, while the visitors' defence stayed alert to any dangerous approach. Atlético Carlos Paz pressed more in search of breaking the deadlock, but their attacking moves lacked precision in the final pass. Club Chacarita, meanwhile, prioritised defensive security and gambled on taking advantage of any rival mistake on the counter-attack, a plan that never came to fruition.

The point both sides took has a bitter taste for the home team, who needed victory to give themselves some breathing space in the standings. For Club Chacarita, the draw away from home is a useful result that keeps them in the race, though it does little to advance their ambitions. It was a grey match, with no memorable moments or standout performers, merely a routine affair between two teams that know each other well and chose not to take unnecessary risks. In this Primera H of GBA Norte, these dull fixtures are commonplace, but someone will have to start winning to climb the table.
