Sociedad Parque Centenario3 - 0Estrella La Boca

Sociedad Parque Centenario needed little more than its balance and order to dismantle Estrella La Boca on home turf. The final 3-0 tells only half the story: it was a fixture in which the home side never suffered, where the visitors rarely got a sight of Damián Rainoldi's goal, and where, when the flow of play allowed it, the goals came naturally. Two identical line-ups, 4-4-2 on both sides, but with opposite results. The side that executed its idea best took the win without any drama.

Cacho Galli was the leading voice for the home side. The 22-year-old forward made his presence felt from the outset, providing the goal that the side needed and also setting up an assist, with a chance to do even more damage. Ruso Nieto, on the left, worked as a constant outlet in attack, his 7.5 rating reflected in every touch. In midfield Gustavo Saracho kept things in order without fuss, while Galo Troncon controlled his flank without any major scares. Rainoldi, who barely touched the ball between the posts, completed a quiet afternoon for the Celeste defence.

Estrella La Boca arrived disjointed. Lucca Beitia, at 37, tried to operate on the right but the physical wear was clear; Pepe Bravo, from the left wing, also failed to create any real danger. Renzo De Rossi, the Chilean forward aged just eighteen, had few chances to show his potential on a pitch where Sociedad Parque Centenario set the tempo from the first minute. The visitors went home with no answers, with a side that never found a way to pose a threat. For Sociedad Parque Centenario, three clean points to close out matchday 7 of Primera L with a positive return. For Estrella La Boca, the uncomfortable questions are only just beginning.
