Ferro Constitución were out of luck at home. They lost 1-0 to N. Estrella Boedo in a match where both teams set up in the same way: two banks of four, tactical balance and no desire to steamroller the opposition. The goal came from Manu Tagle for the visitors, who took advantage of a gap the home side failed to close. It was not a spectacular match, but nor was the result unfair on Boedo, who arrived with exactly the right mindset to take all three points from the pitch of an opponent who could find no attacking answers.

Eduardo Sacchetti in defence (7.1) moved well despite his youth.
Ferro could not break down the visitors' shape and paid the price. Chances were scarce at both ends, evidence of a scrappy match in which defensive lines took precedence over creativity. For the Constitución side, another home setback that makes things more difficult. N. Estrella Boedo picked up all three points and strengthened their position near the top of Primera I GBA Norte. An unspectacular win which, in these lower-level competitions, is worth just as much as one from a film.
