Looking for games like Hattrick?
Hattrick is the father of the online managers: online since 1997 and 29 years old, it taught millions of people what it means to run a club against real opponents. If you have played it, you know that weekly rhythm gets under your skin. ELDT comes from the same school, with its own engine, its own economy and a different idea: a pyramid for each country, in each country's language.
What they have in common
Both are multiplayer online managers where every club is run by a real person. Both have a transfer market between users, training that develops players over months, club finances, a youth setup and matches played at fixed times, in ELDT on Thursdays and Saturdays from 19:00, commentated minute by minute. Both reward patience and brains over wallets.

What ELDT does differently
A national pyramid. Instead of one global world, you run a club in the English pyramid: 341 leagues and 5,456 clubs over five levels, First Division, Second Division, Third Division, Fourth Division, Fifth Division, with promotion, relegation and a play-off. The European cups on Wednesdays pit the best of each country against each other.
Pace. Two league matchdays a week plus a cup on Tuesdays, friendlies in between and a club life that moves every day. Seasons last 30 matchdays, so revenge comes quickly.
A fresh start. England opens on 7 January 2027 and everyone starts at the bottom on the same day. You arrive in time to be a founder, not user number two million.
The model. No pay-to-win. Real money buys club identity and conveniences, never a sporting edge.
Which one is for you?
If you want a huge global community with decades of history and bottomless wikis, Hattrick remains enormous. If you want the same strategic depth with a national pyramid, live commentary, a new community where your name can still go down in history, and a strict no-pay-to-win rule, ELDT is your game.

What a week in ELDT looks like
League matches on Thursday and Saturday from 19:00 UK time, kicking off in waves every 15 minutes. The ELDT Cup on Tuesday, a knockout by level so you face clubs of your own size. European cups on Wednesday for the best clubs of each country. Friendlies on Monday, Wednesday and Friday, and private leagues on Sunday. The youth tournament plays on Thursday and Saturday mornings at 07:00. A season is 30 matchdays in a league of 16 clubs, with promotion for the champion, a play-off for the runner-up and relegation for the bottom four. The full rundown is here.
How to start
Sign up in two minutes, with no card. You get a club at the bottom of the pyramid with a full squad, an academy, a ground and a budget. Pick your eleven before the next match, set the week's training and have a look at the market. If you do nothing, the game still fields your best eleven, so you never forfeit. England opens on 7 January 2027; until then you can leave your email on the English home page and we will tell you when the doors open.
Frequently asked questions
Is ELDT a copy of Hattrick?
No. It is an online manager from the same family (weekly rhythm, user market, long-term development) with its own engine, clubs, economy and national pyramids.
Can I play both?
Of course. ELDT matches are on Thursdays and Saturdays from 19:00 and the daily routine takes minutes. They sit side by side perfectly.
Do I need previous manager experience?
No. The in-game guide explains everything and if you do not pick a team, the game fields the best available. The depth is there when you want it.
Who do I play against?
Other real managers in your division. Empty slots are run by the game under the same rules until a person takes them.
Is ELDT better than Hattrick?
It depends on what you are after. Hattrick has 29 years, 53 languages, 156 countries and millions of users: on community, history and reach it wins by a distance. ELDT is smaller and newer, and in return offers a concrete calendar (league on Thursday and Saturday, cup on Tuesday), live-commentated matches on public pages, an auction market with loans, a national pyramid that is only just starting and a strict zero pay-to-win rule. If you want to be a founder in a new community and play in your language at fixed times, try ELDT; if you want scale, Hattrick. Both are free and you can play both at once.
