Nueva Estrella Floresta gave Central de Belgrano R El Barrio no respite and came away with a convincing victory in the Oeste on matchday 13 of Primera I. The 3–0 scoreline was emphatic, the kind of result that ends the debate before the final whistle. The hosts, lining up in a balanced 4-4-2, found just the right spaces to hurt a visiting defence that never quite connected with its midfield. Belgrano R El Barrio tried to maintain a similar shape but lacked the precision to create any real danger in attack.
Cayetano Anitua opened the scoring with an excellent performance at the back, imposing himself in both phases of play. The 27-year-old centre-back from Bahia was a constant headache for the visiting attackers, winning almost every aerial duel. Tito Zindato, the 25-year-old Uruguayan operating further forward, also left his mark: he added a goal to the feast and moved intelligently between the lines, shaking up the monotony of the game. Samuel Pawlak, 24 and hungry for the spotlight, applied constant pressure that unsettled opponents such as Elías Lobos, who picked up a yellow card in an attempt to contain him. Cataldo Rosati was incisive on the right flank, using his mobility to get in behind. In goal, 36-year-old Nahue Burrini had few problems and confirmed that experience remains a valuable asset.
Central de Belgrano R El Barrio failed to string two passes together in the decisive areas. Hernán Turetta, the barely 17-year-old central midfielder, was overwhelmed by the intensity of the opposition. Franco Stancanelli ran hard at left-back but lacked defensive clarity. Nueva Estrella Floresta take the three points and continue to put together a solid campaign in the division, while El Barrio will have to analyse why they disappeared tactically in the second half.
