Club de Floresta Este4 - 1Club Atlético San Silvines De Boedo

Club de Floresta Este left no room for doubt at home. Against Vet. Barracas they produced direct, effective football that snuffed out any visiting intent from the outset. The final 4-1 sums up a superiority that became clearer as the minutes went by, with a home side that took every chance while their opponents could barely find space to breathe. Both squads came out in balanced 4-4-2 setups, but the difference lay in the ability to convert chances and in the defensive precision of the Floresta Este men.

Ángel Irala was the undisputed star of the afternoon. The 28-year-old striker, with a rating of 8.4, scored twice in a display that put him well above the level shown by the opposition. Maximiliano Artola added another goal, while Lolo Leyva completed the rout with his goal and a yellow card that reflected his intensity. In midfield, Ramón Anasagasti orchestrated play with ease, giving air to a side that never felt under pressure. For Vet. Barracas, Matías Caggiano pulled one back with a goal that merely softened the blow, assisted by Iván Huber, the 35-year-old midfielder who did his job without surprises. The veteran from Tandil had no chance to change the course of the match.

What Barracas are left with is a defeat that exposes their limitations away from home. Lacking clarity in attack and vulnerable in defence, the visitors barely caused any discomfort. Horacio Sayago, the Paraguayan left-back in the winning side, controlled his flank without major trouble. For Floresta Este, this thrashing is a breath of fresh air in the Primera L-CABA table and confirmation that when the team functions as a unit, individual differences are magnified.
